Letter in a Bottle is a simple storybook app. It features a young girl who discovers a letter sealed in a bottle washed up on the shore. Inside is an invitation to tea and cookies. The girl begins to dream of who could have possibly sent the invite. Was it a checker playing pirate? Was it a pink elephant who can juggle? What about the white rabbit? Who could have possibly invited her?
Overall, this story is a cute journey into a little girl's imagination. With stunning graphics and simple animations, this story does a great job of turning a traditional paperback story into an app without detracting from the story itself. It also leaves the end of the story open, where do you think the invitation came from?
