The mini fashionistas who followed New York’s Fashion Week don’t have to look very far to mimic the runway trends and the savvy styles of Manhattan with Shopaholic World. Designed for tween girls by GirlsgoGames and available for free through the AppStore, Google Play and Amazon, the app has now added New York as a destination to complement the existing locations of Paris and Hawaii.
Adding New York as a Shopaholic destination was the top player request, and this launch made it happen. New York is a world-famous fashion capital, and now girls can explore all it has to offer, wherever they are. Just like a real New Yorker, players will need to work to earn money for splurging on dreamy dresses, sparkling accessories, and stunning shoes.
Most fashion houses at this year’s Fashion Week revealed around 120 pieces, combing for an average of 40 or so complete looks. In the Shopaholic World App, girls have the luxury of choosing from over 300 pieces to make more than 100 unique looks.
In addition to the new stores and boutiques of the New York world, there are lots of other goodies available in the most recent update of Shopaholic World, including:
- New boutiques in Paris and Hawaii
- New backgrounds
- More missions to play every day
- The ability to connect with Facebook and share couture creations
- Coins to buy will help to fill your wardrobe easily so you never have to go out of fashion
So, for all the girl fashionistas out there, why not install the new update and get busy designing a collection? ☺
