What Fun Educational Apps Liked!
Lulu in Polynesia is an outstanding educational storybook app for kids aged 3 to 10. It is innovative, entertaining, educational and probably one of the best book app we have seen so far that teaches children about another country. The book app is very well designed and contains and impressive number of fun interactive learning activities and facts. We are sure your kids will want to read it over and over.
It is well suited for the age range and offers an intuitive interface where kids will have no problem navigate around. You can follow the story with a great musical background that can be muted if desired. Kids can travel the country using the explorer’s map. It is easy to use and allows your kids to go directly to specific page or game. The games are well designed and will keep you kids engaged. When making a flower necklace for Zazou, kids can drag the flowers to complete the necklace and make sure to tap and hold on each follower to learn their name. When preparing a local salad, kids will identify each ingredient and drag them to the bowl.
For its educational value an originality Lulu in Polynesia is a top favourite but we would like to see to two features improved. If kids taps on the screen before the end of the audio, the narration stops … it would be great to have a repeat feature! Each time kids go back to the map they have to listen to the introduction … it would be nice to be able to skip it!
Overall, Fun Educational Apps really enjoyed Lulu in Polynesia! It is a top interactive story book app that let your kids learn about Polynesia. The apps is well executed with bright and colourful illustrations. It offers lots of educational content via a fun and interactive interface. If you like this title and want to discover Australia, make sure to check out Lulu in Australia (a 5 Star rating by our Friends at Digital Storytime!)…. and we are looking forward to Lulu next trip …. Brazil?
