If your kids like exploring then let him/her explore. On each page there is something to do ... Turn on and off the lights, catch Peter Pan Shadow.... Each time there is sound effects or animations. There is just so much to discover!
In addition to a great interactive reading experience your kids can have some fun with 2 game activities.
A series of jigsaw puzzles, each with 3 levels of difficulty - easy - medium - hard and
A series of colouring pages with colour palettes and paint brushes. Kids can also tap on the icon on the bottom right ... and swipe the screen to uncover the picture! Each drawing can be saved as pictures in your library or be sent via email or on Facebook. Please be aware that this will allow your kids to exit the app. This storybook app for iPad is very well designed. It is easy to navigate, presents stunning and colourful illustration and animation. It is ideal for all kids that like to explore and tap around to trigger something. The kids at Fun Educational Apps loved the level of personalisation and had a blast watching themselves be the hero of the story. It offers many narration options and even allows you to record yourself. A great option if you have to go away and still want to read to your kids! The only thing we miss is a text highlight feature to support young readers.
Please note that the app does contain external link and we wish these would be less accessible to little fingers! This book app is free to download but only the first few pages are accessible. We strongly suggest that you download it to see if you like it, go over it by yourself before showing it your kids. If you do like it, you can then get the full version via in-app purchase, set your own pictures and once all done surprise your kids for a wonderful reading experience!
Overall, It's me Peter Pan is a wonderful adaptation of the classic tales. Highly interactive it will satisfy all kids that love to explore and tap around. It is for sure an app that will keep your little one engaged and entertain for a while... There is so much to do… the kids here really liked it and hope yours will do too!
