More Dancing Animals for your kids! Following the success of its first app Dancing Animals for Kids, Internet Design Zone has launched Dancing Animals 2 with more animals to help your kids learn the fun way!
Dancing Animals 2 is another fun and educational app for iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch for kids aged 2 to 6. Easy to use, bright and colourful it teaches your children the name of 20 different animals. Using the app is easy.
It offers 2 modes:
Baby Mode – to keep the small ones entertained! Simply tap on the button and your little ones will enjoy watching all the animals dancing!
Play Mode - your toddlers or pre-schoolers will see a nice, colourful and engaging illustration with an animal. Kids then just need to identify the letters and drag them to the right place to spell its name. Once all the letters are correct, children will, hear the name of each letter, then the name of the animal and be rewarded by watching a fun dance from that animal.

What Fun Educational Liked:
Dancing Animal 2 is a fun, entertaining and educational app that will get all your kids attention. Illustrations are top, bright, colourful, fun, engaging and entertaining. It allows your kids to learn and spell the name of 20 different animals and you can be sure they will engage as each time they are rewarded with a really cool animation … To get an idea, just watch the video at the bottom of this page! For each animal kids listen to a different music and watch a different dance.
Example of the animals featured are: a Crocodile doing a break dance, a Rockstar Crow strumming his Guitar, a Goat doing the stick dance, a Fox dancing with a Hat, a Panther swaying his hips, a Squirrel doing his acorn dance, and many more. In all, 20 animals and birds rocking the dance floor! All the dance are cool, although we would like to warn you about the Leopard doing the crazy towel dance might ... we did not like this one too much!
Kids can learn the name of each letter by listening to the audio. Note that your kids are only learning the name of the letter, not its sound. If you are familiar with our reviews … you know that Fun Educational Apps always like to see app that uses Phonics and hope that it will be included in a future update.
For you chance to give it a try and see if you and your kids like it, Dancing Animals is free and feature 5 animals. If you like the app, you can then get the other 15 animals via in-app purchase.
As always with apps for toddlers with in-App purchase, Fun Educational Apps recommends that you either try out the app first and get the full version before handling it to your little ones; or If you do keep the free version only, make sure to disable the in-app purchase via the setting menu. It would be great if the “unlock” button be childproof with a double or triple click!
Overall, Dancing Animals is an entertaining app that will engage your kids. The music and the animals dance are great fun … and don’t be surprise if your little ones start dancing as well! It is a cute learning app that will teach you kids the name and spelling of 20 animals via a kid friendly interface.
