Invasion of the Moon Monkey is based on a retro style arcade game. Your kids’ mission is simple, save the world form the moon monkey invasion! Each level starts with a new mission from the intelligence reports from world agencies. To complete each mission, kids need to use their multiplication and gaming skills to defend strategic positions around the world.
To keep the kids engaged, each mission sets in a different place … in the desert, out at sea, in the city, defending the world space centre "Ape Canaveral" and finally on the moon, the Moon Monkeys own realm. There are 14 level!
The game offers 2 modes:
- Practice where kids can select the time table they want to practice. There is no pressure and kids can take their time, pause the game to build and refine their skills.
- Game play is more challenging. There is no time to stop; the safety of the world is at stake!!! Speed and accuracy are the key!

Invasion of the Moon Monkey is a fun game. It allows kids to practice their times table via an arcade style game play. It is fun, well designed and challenging and will for sure engage and motivate your kids. It offers different missions and challenges. Once you go over math facts and another time, its about identifying factors pairs.
We liked that the game offers a high level of customization to allow practice of specific times table. We advise to start and master the game using the practice mode first and once your kids feel confident move on to the game mode.
The kids at Fun Educational Apps enjoyed the game play. It took them a while to get use to the joystick control as they are more accustomed to the arrow style control. They had fun and liked the idea and concept of the game. The only thing they wished is an option to save the game and restart where you last finished. Having to restart from the beginning is a bit frustrating.
Overall, Invasion of the Moon Monkey is a nice, original and engaging game. It offers a fast game pace and gives your kids a chance to master their times table while having fun. Great design and sound effect.
