Little Pim Spanish has been specially designed to introduce toddlers and kindergarten to Spanish. Little Pim Spanish for iPad is based on the award-winning foreign language DVD series, Little Pim. The iPad version is easy to use, bright and colourful, and Little Pim, the cute Panda, will stimulate, reward and engage your little ones.
It offers 3 levels of learning going from nouns, then verbs and finally short sentences via three interactive games that teach vocabulary about - eating and drinking; playtime; and wake up smiling. This learning game app introduces 60 spanish words via visuals and audio to reinforce the first steps of learning a new language.
When playing with Little Pim Spanish, your toddlers and kindergarten will learn basic vocabulary and each time Little Pim will say the word and validate your kids learning.
- Level 1: children will learn the name of various items such as apple, water... And Little Pim asks them to repeat the word.
- Level 2: kids will learn action verbs such as eating, drinking...
- Level 3: combines words learned in level 1 with action verb in level 2 - he is eating an apple
Kids need to complete leach level to move on to the next one.
Each word is then validated by a game activity. Little Pim ask your children to help him find right one. Once found simply tap on the image.
What Fun Educational Apps Liked:
iLearn with - Little Pim Spanish is a great introduction to Spanish for toddlers and kindergarten. We really like the fact that it allows kids to learn nouns, verbs and then combines the 2 in a sentence so kids can start building sentences. The design is bright, colourful and very easy to use for little fingers. There is no need to know how to read as each instruction is clearly spoken. It makes it easy for you to follow with your kids but also easy for your kid to play on his/her own.
The little Panda is cute, friendly and never forgets to encourage kids to say and repeat the word in Spanish and Little Pim always rewards with a word of encouragement such as "well done" or "Bravo".
Little Pim Spanish is a great iPad learning app for the little ones since it offers a slow pace and lots of repetitions and encouragement. Please note that it is great for learning, similar to PC learning games, but it does not offer a high level of interactivity. Kids used to iPad apps might be tempted to tap everywhere to find animation or fun sounds but they won’t find them. Older children might be looking for a faster pace with less audio repetition for the instructions and more variety and interactivity for the game activity.
Overall it is another nice app from the iLearn with educational program which offer fun game-based learning activity that helps prepare your kids for school and it givves them a good introduction to Spanish.

I would like to say that it is extremely important for kids to play iPhone games like iLearn. These games are intended to help children improve their vocabulary and can be perfectly used by parents to prepare kids for school. Very useful iPhone application, thanks for share!
