iLiveGrammar Botany and iLiveGrammar Autumn

2 New Grammar Apps for kids - designed for the iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad - that combine grammar and Science.

How? iLiveGrammar are interactive multimedia apps - inspired by the math app iLiveMath Word Problem series - that support kids learning English grammar. iLiveGrammar series are highly educational apps that randomly display sentences with a word highlighted. Kids read the sentence and then need to answer what type of word is it. They have to know if it is a noun, verb, pronoun, adjective, adverb, conjunction, preposition or an article.

iLiveGrammar Botany presents sentences relating to botany, while iLiveGrammar Autumn uses sentences which describe earth science, animal behaviour, and other fun autumn topics. With iLiveGrammar apps, kids not only have the opportunity to review their grammar, they also have the opportunity to learn about botany and earth science via beautiful pictures and videos. Videos are great tools to enhance kids’ learning and can be set as a reward – Answer 5 or 10 questions right to get a chance to watch the video, a great incentive. The goal is to give kids a chance to develop an interest in these areas of the curriculum, not to cover all the subjects. If the children are interested in learning further, iLiveGrammar series offer great links to some educational websites.

Associating grammar and science helps kids review the basic of grammar in a fun, entertaining and educational way.
